• Full name and a current photo (head shot) in digital format.

• A short biography of Nonna (up to one  page) and a paragraph of what the recipes are being submitted mean to Nonna. Tell us about a particular event of Nonna's  life, a love story, a story of a friendship or a cooking event that  turned into a disaster. Or even an anecdote from Nonna's hometown.  I leave it to your imagination.

• Nonna's  favorite traditional recipes (2 or 3 recipes: perhaps an appetizer, a pasta dish, an entree or a dessert) of the Italian city/region that Nonna is from. Of course this should include not only the list of ingredients, but preparation instructions as well and a photo of each dish so that we can show everyone what the dish looks like.

• Check my Nonna Romana's Page... we can create a similar page for your Nonna so that  your family to enjoy it for ever!
